Delivered in diameters of Ø 8-10-12-12.50-18-20-22-24-25.4-28-30-32-35-36-40-50 mm and in lengths 2-3.5 m.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Ø26 mm wire rod from the continuous casting plants is drawn down to Ø1.20 mm at cold working temperature successively at different drawing machines with annealing units in accordance with the standards and/or customer requirements.

Size range: Ø 22-1.2 mm

BUSBARS/ FLATS/ ROUND RODS AND WIRES PRODUCTION

Profiles of Busbars/ Flats/ Round rods and wires of various dimensions are produced from electrolytic copper and silver bearing copper rods by drawing, rolling methods. Products are annealed according to customer requirement under protective atmosphere and vacuum in bell type annealers.

Fields of Application: High conductivity products such as current bars, transformer windings, field Coils, Armature pins, Commutators & special cross-sectioned profiles.
