Thermal Absorption Design
Bhagyanagar India produces solar absorber fins using oxygen-free copper for unmatched thermal conductivity. Through ultrasonic welding, each fin ensures optimal bonding between copper tubes and fins, enhancing heat transfer. With a selective Nalsun black chromium coating offering 96%+ solar absorbance, these fins deliver industry-leading efficiency for solar heating systems

Surana solar Absorber was stated in 2006 with know-how technology from National Aerospace Laboratories under Bhagyanagar India Limited.
Process
The process used for Solar Selective Coating (NALSUN black Chromium), which has high absorptance and low Emittance in the thermal region.
The manufacturing of the SOLAR ABSORBERS done by Ultrasonic Welding which ensures high thermal conductivity.
Packing
The packing is the Conventional packing in a corrugated box with two compartments and in each compartment(5 sets) a set of 9 fins are bunched and 10 bunches with 5 on each side is packed which accounts to 90 Nos in a box.

Process
The main input of Flats come in Bobbins with sizes as per customer requirements
- Flat conductor is cut to size in the auto cutting machine as per the required lengths.
- The cut length is wound into coils as per required no of turns in clock and counter clockwise as per drawing.
- Machine Tapping is done with the cotton tape followed by hand tapping.
- Radius forming as per drawing.
- Twisting operation.
- Spot welding of all the four coils as per the drawing
