Copper busbars manufactured by Bhagyanagar India are available in both high conductivity OFC (Oxygen Free Copper) and ETP (Electrolytic Tough Pitch) grade. Innovation is a constant at Bhagyanagar and has enabled us to provide a wide spectrum of sizes and quality parameters in our catalogue. We are proud to say that we have one of the largest installed capacity in India for copper busbars at 900 MT per month.

Bhagyanagar is one of the few companies in India that has design, development, maintenance and production of copper busbars under one roof. Not only does this enable us to practice stringent quality measures but also makes our products price competitive and allows us to have one of the shortest lead times for copper busbars in the country.

The raw materials used for making busbars are pure copper cathodes purchased from Hindalco and Sterlite with copper purity of 99.99%. Our high grade raw material enables us to manufacture quality copper busbars that meet international specifications. Our copper busbarsare characterized by excellent conductivity, exceptional dimensional controls for superior contacts, crack free bends, remarkable brightness and high copper purity.

We are also in the process of establishing a tinning plant for our copper products which should go live by end of August 2016.


Electrical Installations use copper busbars for distributing power from a supply point to a number of output circuits, resulting in numerous applications including switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, busbar trunking systems, terminals and connectors
